Shipping options and costs

We offer shipping by USPS, first class, priority and Express. This applies to domestic and foreign purchases. We also offer UPS. Shipping is calculated based on the location that we are shipping to. Complete male chastity packages are eligible for free shipping via USPS First Class.

For shipments outside the USA, the receiver is responsible for any customs/duty fees. While we use generic language to describe the contents (e.g. "Plastic ring and cage set"), the value stated will match the total on the invoice (excluding any shipping paid).

Return policy

 Unlike most distributors, we will accept returns of chastity devices under the following conditions:

  • Custom metal products cannot be returned under any circumstances
  • You must notify us with 14 days of receipt of the product(s)
  • We must receive the product within 30 days of your initial receipt of the product(s)
  • All items must be returned in undamaged and unaltered condition
  • Items in undamaged condition can be returned for 50% of the purchase price, or 75% toward the purchase of another item, not including any shipping paid on the initial purchase.
  • Shipping cost for the return is your responsibility
  • A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Applies to UNOPENED product only.
  • Items received that do not meet the above criteria will be offered a partial credit, or a return to you.
  • Refund will be processed by the same method of payment that you used to make the purchase.

Privacy policy


All orders and inquiries are handled as confidential information. We do not share, sell, nor provide such information to anyone outside of LockedUpLove, LLC without your express written permission. The only exception is that when a product warranty issue arises, we may need to forward your name, address, and email address to our suppliers to fulfill your warranty claim.

Though in the past we have had some promotional emails sent, we have suspended such practice indefinitely. If you have placed an order with us prior to July 2011, we may send you a discrete invitation to join our mailing list via email for future promotional announcements. If you ordered after that time and indicated that you would like to be on our mailing list, you may receive a promotional mailing from us in the future. Such a mailing will have an "unsubscribe" link which will remove you from all future mailings.

When you place an order, you should receive a notice from us via email when your product(s) have been shipped, or if there is a problem or concern with it. We will not attempt to contact you by phone unless an email to you has been unanswered for at least 24 hours, except in very limited situations.

All orders are shipped in discrete packaging. The return address on the package will simply read LUL, LLC with our PO Box address.

If you make a purchase by PayPal, the charge will appear on your statement as simply "*PayPal* Per Sec Dev, LLC", or something similar yet discrete.

If you make a purchase by credit card, the charge will appear on your statement as simply "LockedUpLove, LLC".
